Privacy Policy

myCGO.ai is in pre-launch. This site does one thing: it accepts applications for the Founding 50 and early Sweep. It does not take payments, create accounts, or run a product. This page explains exactly what we collect when you use it.
Who we are
myCGO.ai, Columbia, Maryland, United States. For any question about this policy or your information, email privacy@mycgo.ai.
What we collect
When you submit the application form, we store what you typed:
- Your email address — the only field we require
- Your name, company, and website, if you provide them
- Your answers to the three questions, if you answer them
- Which price option you selected, if you selected one
- The campaign tags in the link you arrived through, if any (for example utm_source=linkedin), so we know which channel brought you
- The date and time you applied
We also store a one-way hash of your IP address — not the address itself. It is combined with a secret value and run through SHA-256, which produces a fingerprint we cannot reverse into an IP. We use it only to stop the same source flooding the form. We do not use it to locate you.
We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or any special category data. We do not ask for them and there is nowhere on this site to enter them.
Why we use it
- To send you the early Sweep you applied for
- To review your Founding 50 application and contact you about it
- To understand which marketing channels produce genuine interest
- To protect the form from automated abuse
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your data lives
Applications are stored in Microsoft Azure Table Storage in the United States, and are also emailed to the myCGO.ai team so we can respond. The website and its API run on Microsoft Azure. Microsoft acts as our hosting provider and processes this data on our instructions.
Analytics and advertising
We intend to use Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how people find this site and to show relevant ads to people who have visited. These tools set cookies and may track activity across other websites.
As of the date above, none of these are installed. This page will be updated, and appropriate consent controls added, before any of them go live. If you are reading this and seeing tracking cookies from this site, this page is out of date — please tell us.
Applying means we may email you about your Sweep and your Founding 50 application. Every email includes a way to stop receiving them. We send through Azure Communication Services.
How long we keep it
We keep applications while myCGO.ai is in pre-launch and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour what we promised applicants. If you ask us to delete your application, we will.
Your choices
Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@mycgo.ai and we will act on it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws, including the right to complain to a regulator.
You can also stop us contacting you at any time by replying to any email from us and asking.
Children
This is a business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before the change takes effect, not after.
