These terms cover the myCGO.ai pre-launch website. myCGO.ai is not yet a purchasable product. This site accepts applications — nothing on it is a sale, and there is no payment step anywhere.
What this site is
myCGO.ai is building C.G., an AI growth officer. While we are in pre-launch, this site lets you apply for an early Sweep and to be considered for the Founding 50. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Applications, not purchases
- Submitting the form is an application. It does not create a contract, an account, or an obligation on either side.
- We do not accept everyone. Founding 50 applications are reviewed in order, and we may decline any application for any reason.
- We take no payment on this site. We will never ask for card details here. If anything claiming to be myCGO.ai asks you to pay through this site, it is not us.
The early Sweep
The early Sweep is a sample of our research: companies we have identified as showing public buying signals relevant to what you sell, each with the signal and its public source.
- It is provided free, as a demonstration, with no guarantee of any business outcome.
- Signals are drawn from public sources and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time. We are not responsible for errors in the underlying public information, and you should verify anything before acting on it.
- A Sweep is not advice. Decisions you make from it are yours.
The Founding 50
Founding membership is limited to 50 places. That number is fixed. Founding benefits, the founding price, and the timing of the founding window are as described on our site at the time you are offered a place, and become binding only if you accept a place and we confirm it.
Pricing
Any prices shown during pre-launch are indicative and may change before launch. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to supply at a stated price. The price that applies is the one confirmed to you in writing when you take up a place.
Your information
What you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please give us accurate information — we use your answers to prepare your Sweep, so wrong information produces a worthless one.
Acceptable use
Do not submit automated or fake applications, attempt to disrupt the site or its API, or attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not yours. We rate-limit submissions and may block sources that abuse the form.
Our content
The content of this site — text, design, and the myCGO.ai name and marks — belongs to us. You may share and quote it with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale as your own.
Availability and liability
This is a pre-launch site and is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be available uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this site or the early Sweep. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product moves from pre-launch to launch. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date. When subscriptions launch, separate terms will govern them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, and the courts of Maryland have jurisdiction.
